The World @ One

Mural opposite the Albany facing the market square.

Commissioned by The Art of Regeneration and the Albany.

The idea is to create a colour composition in which all the colours of the many nationalities living in the area are implied. With help from The Art of Regeneration we will try to involve young people to paint the squares and to involve their sense of colour as individuals.
The design reflects the vibrancy and multitude of the community through an abstraction which gives the observer space to have their
own interpretation.
Each square represents a unity, a little world a member of our society.
